FAQ
What is the smallest internal diameter (ID) you can produce?
In PVC & EVA, the smallest ID consistently is currently, .003".
For PE, it would be .015".
Why is my price higher if I want a part cut to length opposed to having
it coiled?
With cut lengths, there is more time involved in packaging the product,
plus depending on the tolerance of the cut length, we may not be able to run
the extrusion line as fast.

What size ranges do you offer?
We can produce tubing with an ID range of 0.003" to 2.000"
and an OD range of 0.020" to 2.500". Size ranges may vary depending
on material selected. Please consult with Natvar Engineering when considering
tubing size for your application.
What cut length tolerances can Natvar hold on PVC?
Cut length tolerance will depend on the length of the cut piece
of tubing. For tubing length less than 1 ft., Natvar can hold as tight as
+/- 0.032". Tolerances may vary based on size, material type, and cut
