SOMERVILLE, NJ – Tekni-Plex, Inc. has announced that it has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tekni-Plex, India (Private) Ltd, and is in the process of setting up an office in New Delhi in order to service its existing and potential clients demands in the fast-growing Indian market.

Tekni-Plex, India seeks to serve the company’s regional pharmaceutical, medical, closure liner, aquaculture and consumer products customers, as well as provide direct sales coverage for PVC specialty resins and compounds.

After careful evaluation of the market, Tekni-Plex has decided that a local presence could allow the company to better serve its customers in India which is a growing commercial region and an important base of operations to many of Tekni-Plex’s multinational clients.
