Natvar manages the entire manufacturing process, from compounding to the extrusion of all our highly regarded medical tubing products, and the fabrication of tubing components and sub-assemblies.
Our medical tubing is extruded in highly controlled Class 100,000 clean room environments to cGMP standards using approved materials, validated manufacturing processes, and statistical controls. Many of our extrusion lines include continuous non-contact size measurement and closed-loop dimensional control.
Natvar’s services include providing material certification, lot traceability, SPC documentation, and both dock-to-stock and ship-from-stock programs.
