Extruded Tubing
Natvar flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubing covers the full range of requirements for electrical and electronics and commercial applications. Each compound is specifically formulated to provide the optimum characteristics needed to meet respective specification standards. Natvar tubing is available in standard continuous lengths and cut pieces.
• Natvar 400/461 High Temperature Tubing
– 105C – UL File No. E15069, CSA File No. 27558
UL recognized and CSA certified for continuous 105C operation and UL VW-1
flammability standards. Superior resistance to heat, aging, oil, fungus,
and flame while retaining flexibility. Natvar 400/461 tubing is available
in wall thicknesses to meet UL 300 and 600 volt ratings; .031” heavy
wall construction for heavy duty applications are available. Chemically
dilatable to provide a tight fit over terminals and shapes. Conforms to
ASTM D-922 and MIL-I-631.
• Natvar 241/261 General Purpose Tubing
A flexible general purpose vinyl with a thermal range from -30∞C
to +85∞C. Flame and fungus resistant. Good resistance to most chemicals.
Meets ASTM D-922 and MIL-I-631.
• Natvar 362 Low Temperature Tubing
A low temperature tubing with a cold temperature flex to -68∞C.
Flame and fungus resistant. Meets MIL-I-7444.
Expandable Monofilament Sleeving (E-MF) UL File No. E101801
E-MF Sleeving was developed to be a rounder, more fray-resistant braided polyester that greatly reduces flattening or creasing, even after prolonged spool-time. It was also designed to provide excellent flexibility for commercial and industrial uses and is available in several grades to meet General Purpose (E-MF-GP), Heavy Duty (E-MF-HD) or Flame Resistant (E-MF-FR) demands. E-MF-HT is a special braided Halar* (E-CTFE) expandable sleeving for high temperature, chemical resistant, low flammability uses, particularly in Aerospace and Military applications.
